Our story
Founded to do more than advise
Excellence Squad, part of XSQ Group, was founded in 2024 by Bert Van Aerschot and Murat Aydin.
We started with a simple conviction: companies deserve a partner who does more than write the report and leave. That conviction now runs through two practices. XSQ Life Sciences brings quality, regulatory, and clinical expertise to pharma, biotech, and medical devices. XSQ Momentum brings operational and business excellence to teams in every industry.
